After we receive the completed Intake and Contact forms we will make an appointment with you so we can:

• Pull your credit report from all three agencies for a one time fee of $25
• Discuss your credit reports in detail
• Assist you in creating a household budget
• Create an action plan to decrease debt and improve your credit score
• Help you to become mortgage ready
• Explain the home buying process to you
• Assist with the loan application for the Mutual Self-Help Homeownership Program
• Keep you posted on homebuyer and homeowner education opportunities
